Booking Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY:
CANCELLATIONS ACCEPTED UP TO 24 HOURS BEFORE THE SCHEDULED SERVICE. WITHIN 24 HOURS OF THE SERVICE, CANCELLATIONS WILL BE CHARGED A NONREFUNDABLE  FEE OF 30% OF THE BASE PRICE OF THE HAIR SERVICE TOTAL 

LATE POLICY:
IF YOU ARE MORE THAN 15 MINUTES LATE FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT, WE MAY NOT BE ABLE TO PROVIDE THE SERVICE FOR WHICH YOU HAVE BEEN SCHEDULED AND THE ABOVE CANCELLATION FEE OF WILL APPLY. 

NO SHOW POLICY:
IF I AM NOT NOTIFIED THAT YOU ARE UNABLE TO MAKE YOUR APPOINTMENT AND YOU DO NOT PHYSICALLY COME IN FOR YOUR SET HAIR APPOINTMENT YOU WILL BE CHARGED 50% OF THE HAIR SERVICE SCHEDULED ON DATE OF YOUR APPOINTMENT.
